Journey McLaglen, the owner and designer of PRISM is getting ready to put out these really cute sweater and skirt/pants outfits for everyone to mix and match. There are hats, shrugs, sweater dress and skirts, scarfs and socks to compliment the outfits in any way you might wish to wear them. The outfits are called Tahoe, Denver and Aspen.......all named after skiing resorts. Cute outfits and just in time for our approaching fall and winter in the USA.

SEADANCE BY JOURNEY

OK, I could not help myself but to feature this outfit by Journey again........this is the SeaDance Outfit that Journey released last week. I have showed this outfit to countless people and brought them to PRISM to find the outfit. I have to laugh when all the models in the store want to model this dress and when three of us are standing in the store at one time - all in the same outfit. Does that tell you something? Anyway, I am having trouble keeping this a secret - so I will not......

Journey mentioned to me that if we all thought the SeaDance Outfit was so nice........she had something really exciting in store for us. I cannot wait - more exciting than this outfit??????

When Journey is around......OMG.

Let me tell you that being a fashion model at the Fashion District in Tampa Bay is really a delight especially when you are working for such nice people as Journey McLaglen, the owner/designer for PRISM and Dave Cassanova, the owner of GLAM COUTURE. Weekly when Journey gets ready to put out her newest creations, her models gather around and chat while Journey loads the outfits and she showers her models with the new outfits that she will be putting on in the store. Everyone is busy trying on the new outfits and getting boots and shoes as necessary to accent the new releases.........anyway, such was the case last night at the Tampa Bay sim and right out in the middle of PRISM. You would have thought we were have a party.........Hey, if a customer walks in while the releases are being put out.........they might even get an outfit.

THE KRUGER OUTFIT by Journey

Journey is getting ready to put out her FALL line of clothes and she brought out a really cute outfit with stripped sweaters and three lengths of skirts available, socks to match and a really cute little hat for the head. I was immediately running around the store in my orange and black outfit which I felt was appropriate for the time of year. Stop by PRISM at the Fashion District in Tampa Bay sim. This outfit is to die for.......

Journey McLaglen, the owner and designer of PRISM simply continues to produce some of the most attractive and stylish clothes on the grid. Her designs are classy and sexy at the same time and the styling is fantastic. Pictured here is the final dress from the release last week at PRISM. This outfit is called SeaDance by Journey and the beauty of this dress cannot be put into words. The texture of the dress and the coloring add to the charm and there is an underskirt that is beautifully done and gives the dress that little extra to make it so special.

IT'S ME.......Sneak Preview Of Upcoming Release!

Model Loxley Tatham reporting that I am sporting a new RELEASE that will be available from PRISM on Wednesday, October 24 at approximately 7:30PM SLT. The owner/designer Journey McLaglen has power again at her home and she is back on line since the hurricane invaded her area and her creative talents were brewing while she was gone. She has four exciting outfits to release this week in her normal fashion and one that she will be offering as a freebie to all that attend the event. Journey is generally generous enough to leave the free outfit out for more than just the event, but if you would like to chat with Journey herself........she is always at the events to welcome customers. I will blog the other releases in another post......mark your calendar for the upcoming event. This Wednesday 7:30PM SLT - ?.

This outfit is called Film Diva by Journey. I happened by the sim early this morning and Journey and Sofie Ducasse, model and photographer, were there and happy to see me. As a Fashion District Model, Journey at times ask some of us to model for the photos for the new releases and I was selected to model this gorgeous outfit. Journey wanted to create a look of the return to the 40's and she designed a yummy dress with an interesting pattern and accentuated the dress with black in the bodice, the waist and on the hem of the skirt. I simply wore this dress the rest of my day in SL as I could not bear to take it off. Come to PRISM for the release event on Wednesday.....see you there.

There is "SOMETHING" about black and pink!

I do not know why, but I love the combination of black and pink and the outfit Hollywood in three variations that is offered at PRISM (created by Journey McLaglen) just captures my love of the use of black and pink together. The outfit consist of a really cute tight fitting and figure accentuating top with a dotting effect at the top of the bodice and framed and enhanced by the bow and that gorgeous hot pink color. The dress can be purchased in three different ways with a long skirt, a shorter skirt and a mini skirt. When I saw this outfit on the walls of the store, I just had to add it to my vast wardrobe and I have loved pulling it out and wearing it around. The outfit includes long gloves that add an interesting accessory to the outfit. Be sure to come by PRISM in the Tampa Bay sim and take a look at the fashions offered.

Party Dress for the weekend!

Do you have any plans to hit one of the many social or dance clubs that SL has to offer over the weekend? Do you want to look stunning and turn heads when you walk into the room? Every girl wants to attract attention with her looks and a gorgeous party dress from Prism called GLITZY should be just the type of outfit that you are looking to pick up for that little something extra to wear out this weekend. Journey McLaglen, owner and designer of Prism that is situated in the Tampa Bay sim designed this outfit. GLITZY is a cute little black number with golden highlights in the texture of the dress and a gold belt to accentuate the dress and give it a finished touch. The front of the dress is open almost to the waist, but oh so sexy.

Plaids at Prism........

I just love PLAID........and Prism has the cutest plaid outfit called SASSY. The outfit can be found on the second floor of Prism and for the very reasonable price of only L$280.

The outfit has a cute corset top that could be used to mix and match with other pants or jeans and there is a cute skirt with a belt attached and also some really cute short shorts just in case you would rather not wear the skirt.

Journey McLaglen is the owner and designer behind the fashions of Prism. Prism is glamourous and stylish clothing store for women in SL. Journey is very good to her customers and a delightful designer to chat with if you can stop her long enough to have a chat with her. She is a very busy lady and always on the go. She generally offers a special each week in her store where she bestows a free outfit on everyone that stops by for the event. If the customers signs up on the subscribe - o - matic for Prism, they are presented with an addtional outfit and Journey generally reviews the sales that are made during the event and rewards those customers with an additional outfit that they will be happy to discover in their inventory. Having said all of this, we know that Journey is safe in the Houston, Texas area having experienced the storm that fell up on that community by Ike. Be safe in Texas - Journey..........

Well it is reported that Hurricane Ike will be hitting the coast of Texas in the Galveston area by early morning on the 13th of September........Saturday, OMG at least not Friday the 13th, however, the owner of Prism - Journey McLaglen lives in the Texas area and is in the path of the hurricane. Hopefully Journey will evacuate the area, along with her computer, so that she can stay in touch with those of us in SL. Good luck and be safe - Journey - we will hold you in our hearts.

On a brighter note, a really cute outfit name Flower Girl and modeled by Sofie Ducasse can be found in Prism. The outfit sports a cute sweater for those chilly evenings that are quickly approaching. As I model in the store for Journey because Journey believes in having real models modeling her outfits in her store, I get to study the outfits that are displayed on the walls of the store and this outfit is quickly becoming one of my favorites.............visit Prism and you will adore the clothes that Journey McLaglen creates.

New Release at Prism.........

Here I am again already..........well, it seems that Journey McLaglen, the owner and designer of Prism has a new release that will be coming out today.......yes, today. And generally with a new release, Journey holds an event and there will be a free outfit in the offering. I am not sure what the free outfit will be this evening, but I do have a photograph of the outfit that is going to be released and I can tell you that it is really a cute one.

The release for the evening is an outfit called Sofie and the lovely model in the photograph and the photographer is Sofie DuCasses. Journey's outfits generally come with everything that you would see the model wearing in the photograph.

FYI........there is generally an event at Prism every Wednesday evening at approximately 7PM SLT until 9PM SLT (forgive me if I have the times slightly off and I will be more accurate as I get in the swing of this blogging) and I will provide an LM and link in the future. But do a search for Prism located at the Tampa Bay sim and join in the fun. There are live models and lots of lucky chairs with really nice items of clothing available.
